10 thanksgiving foods that should never be given to dogs

I know the category is reducing stress for fido/ fluffy but this one is for the owner to help reduce stress in your wallet (due to unneeded vet visits) during the holiday season! Have a safe and happy holiday season all!

To help keep your holidays stress free keep the following away from your dogs:

1. cooked turkey bones (cooked bones can splinter and cause a whole mess of issues)

2. Onions and garlic (not good for dogs in general)

3. grapes and raisins (they are just not good for dogs)

4. Milk and dairy products (those can cause upset stomachs, gas and diarrhea)

5. sugar (can cause diarrhea and upset stomach, if given too much over time can lead to obesity, diabetes, and tooth decay)

6. Anything with caffeine (caffeine in large amounts can be fatal to a dog and has irreversible results)

7. Macadamia nuts (can cause seizures, tremors and even death if given to a dog)

8. Fat trimmings (causes pancreatitis (unhappy pancreas) and obesity)

9. Chocolate ( It’s just bad for dogs)

10. Alcohol (kills the brain and liver, just like people, has irreversible results)
